Clock Farm House is available all year round for weekends, short breaks and full week holidays in the beautiful countryside just outside the city of York.

Weekend breaks are available Friday/Saturday/Sunday - minimum stay 2 nights
Midweek breaks are available Monday to Friday - minimum stay 2 nights
A non returnable 10% deposit is required and balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. Cancellations made within four weeks of arrival will not be refunded unless we can re-let the property for the same dates. We do not take a breakage deposit but damages would need to be paid for.
We offer full booking protection insurance in case of cancellation - please enquire.
Arrival at the property is after 4pm and the property should be vacated on the day of departure by 10.00am unless otherwise arranged and agreed in advance.
